A Piece of French Land in the Indian Ocean

Do you know to what stands "RUN" in the title TangoRUN ? No, it is not a verb. RUN stands to Reunion. No, it is not a noun that means "meeting". Reunion stands to the marvellous tropical island in Indian Ocean, just above the Tropic of Capricorn.
